What type of desire do you have?

Reader, have you ever wanted something so bad you could almost taste it? Yet it still feels so far away. A longing that seems to stretch on and on.

Do you know that this is a symptom?

It's a symptom of disbelief that what you want is possible (or morally responsible). 😲

It feels far away because your limiting beliefs (yes let's call it that) are pushing them back. What you feel is the tension between the desire you acknowledge and the possibility you deny.

When you deal with these limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering ones, that heavy yearning turns to lighthearted hope and anticipation. And then, you will find that deep inside, you know that you will get there. It's just a matter of the right time.

This isn't wishful thinking because your empowering beliefs will drive you to do the right action at the right time. You're not waiting for something to happen. You're dancing with the universe to make it happen!

Let's look at some examples from my own life...

  • I yearned to stop working long hours. But I believed that I can't stop because my family depended on me.
  • I yearned to find a husband who loves me. But I believed that the real me was not lovable.
  • I yearned to find true friendships. But I believed the only way to stay safe is to have a wall to protect me.
  • I yearned to move to France and build a new life with my husband. But I believed that meant being a bad daughter and leaving my family behind.

When I found a way to change these limiting beliefs (with Release!), my life changed it's trajectory. Now...

  • I keep most of my mornings and afternoons for myself. And I normally work 3 nights a week.
  • I have a deep and strong relationship with my husband, who loves me so much more than I ever imagined (faults and all).
  • I am learning to be vulnerable and open. And I find that the friendships I have now are more meaningful.
  • We are enjoying our life in France. And my mom is enjoying her life in Canada, wouldn't change it at all!

What desires do you have that feel heavy? Could you find the courage to have an honest look and see what beliefs are blocking them from coming true?

For business owners: Does your vision for your organization pull you forward? Or does thinking about it fill you with overwhelm?

PS:
I'm building a program for small business owners who desire an aligned way to take their business to the next level.
This will not be another teaching program. This will be an experiential learning experience tailored to their unique situation. Experiential because I will personally guide them so they feel what it's like to make aligned decisions, listen to their intuition, be connected to the Source, etc.
I'm looking for business owners who can give me feedback on what would be useful to include in the program.
If you know someone who fits the bill, could you send this to them? They could email me at michelle@maviebelle.com to connect.
Thank you!!

Wishing you the fulfillment of all your heart desires.

I saw a lot of posts last week about the importance of awareness, and they bother me. Many of those posts say something like, “Once you have awareness, you could work on them”. And that could be interpreted as trying harder, do something about it, change it. I don’t have a problem with awareness. That’s definitely the first step. But I’ve worked with many clients who are stuck and unable to get out by themselves. Many, like me, have worked with therapists and still unable to break free. And I...

There is a better way of making things happen in life! You don't have to struggle like everyone else. I remember several years ago, we had two properties, two mortgages, and I was making a choice between finding another contract position or going full time for a lot of pay. I couldn't decide because the full time work was secure but the taxes would be about double since I couldn't expense things anymore. On the other hand, that was the time when companies were scaling down from their hiring...

I want to share something that might make a difference for you... All my life I've been focused on my outer game: acquiring new skills, strategically planning my moves and actions, listing out pros and cons of certain choices. But these last few years have taught me the importance of also working on my inner game: addressing the root cause of my fears, figuring out my patterns, bringing my limiting beliefs to light and making decisions to choose differently in alignment with my desires....
